Shaa Wasmund MBE

Shaa Wasmund MBE is one of the UK’s most respected entrepreneurs and a trusted adviser to high-growth business owners.

She holds an Economics degree from the London School of Economics and was awarded an MBE by the Queen for services to entrepreneurship, a rare honour held by a small group of business leaders, including names such as Richard Branson, James Dyson, and Duncan Bannatyne.

Shaa’s career spans building, scaling, and exiting multiple businesses. She began as the world’s first licensed female boxing manager, working with Chris Eubank, before going on to work closely with Sir James Dyson in the early days of building the Dyson brand. She was later personally headhunted by Sir Richard Branson.

She is the author of four consecutive number one bestselling business books, including Stop Talking, Start Doing, and has served as CEO of a $150 million technology fund. Today, Shaa works with ambitious entrepreneurs to scale businesses, build real wealth, and create companies that support a better quality of life, not just bigger numbers.

Dan Bradbury

Dan Bradbury is a private equity investor, entrepreneur, and adviser to seven-figure business owners.

He specialises in acquiring, investing in, and scaling established businesses, with a track record of taking companies from seven figures to eight figures and beyond. Dan has founded, built, and sold multiple businesses for seven figures, including exits to publicly listed companies, and has invested in more than a dozen others across a wide range of industries.

Known for his deep understanding of numbers and financial strategy, Dan is highly skilled at identifying hidden assets, weaknesses, and opportunities inside businesses that most owners overlook. His work focuses on maximising profitability, sustainability, and long-term exit value.
